This blend works wonderfully in diffuser, diluted in an organic carrier oil or as a mist.
Ingredients, directions & tips
Ingredients include :-100% Pure Lavender, Marjoram, Ylang Ylang, Australian Sandalwood and Orange
SPRITZ - Simply add 5 drops to 30ml spritzer top up with distilled water. For a wonderful nights sleep simply lightly spray this spritz around your room, or on your bed linen, or even the bottom of your feet on before sleeping
DIFFUSER - Add 5 drops to diffuser and top up with distilled water. Great to use in bedroom diffuser or in living areas.
CARRIER OIL DILUTION - 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil. Apply to feet or reflex points.
- Always patch test before use.
- *You will need water to create your spray! We suggest Use distilled or demineralized water. Tap water contains minerals that can create deposits that promote bacterial growth. And, when released into the air, these minerals often appear as white dust on your furniture. You may also breathe in some minerals that are dispersed into the air. Distilled or demineralized water has a much lower mineral content compared with tap water. You can purchase either of these in the cleaning isle at the supermarket.
