The Clean Living Clinic uses the PayPal for its online credit card transactions. PayPal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Delivery Policy & Timeframe

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

 

Postage Cost

We provide a Standard shipping rate of $15 for any parcel up to 5kg.  Postage will be calculated on any order over 5kg. If your parcel weighs over 5kg we will contact you with postage cost. Australia Post requires a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you, or your representative, are available on the day of delivery to sign for the parcel. Or alternatively, make arrangements to have it picked up at the designated post office retail outlet within the specified time.

 

Postage costs are via standard delivery without insurance. Please let us know if you would like insurance and we will manually add this cost to your invoice for subsequent payment. 

 

Delivery Time frame

We pride ourselves on the speed of our service.  We cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once the order has been processed, any changes will be treated as a new order. 

 

If any item is short delivered and has been charged for, The Clean Living Clinic will be more than happy to cover the cost of freight in re sending the goods as soon as possible. Please note items are not back-ordered and need to be re-ordered at the time they become available.

 

Allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive, within Australia.

Pick up within Australia

Orders may be picked up from our Veresdale warehouses.  Prior arrangement for this must be made before order is placed, please contact 0411489404 or thecleanlivingclinic@outlook.com.  Once approved, order may be placed and we will contact customer when order is available for Pick up

 

Shipping for Delivery within Australia

We have a policy to not leave parcels at customers' premises and so when parcels are delivered, our delivery service via Australia Post requires a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you, or your representative, are available on the day of delivery to sign for the parcel. Or alternatively, make arrangements to have it picked up at the designated post office retail outlet within the specified time.

 

Postage costs are via standard delivery without insurance. Please let us know if you would like insurance and we will manually add this cost to your invoice for subsequent payment.

Payment Policy

All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

 

We accept credit card payments via Visa and Mastercard.

Pricing and Taxing

The Clean Living Clinic is NOT registered for GST.  Each amount payable by the customer under these Terms in respect of a Taxable supply by The Clean Living Clinic is a GST exclusive amount on receipt of tax invoice.

 

All prices are quoted ex-works and do not include shipping & transportation costs. Freight charges will be calculated and added during payment procedure.

 

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at thecleanlivingclinic@outlook.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

 

No returns or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order.

 

Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Buyer to pay return postage. Refund given will be for the cost of the item(s) not including the postage paid when sent. 

 

This refund policy does not apply to change of mind or goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. 

 

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name, and contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a credit or a replacement, it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning so that the return can be processed accurately & promptly. The Clean Living Clinic will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

It may be necessary for clients to return goods by Australia Post, in which case, reimbursement of return freight costs will be included in refund/credit (only if the error is on The Clean Living Clinic’s behalf). Please ensure full tracking details (tracking number) are provided in order to monitor the speed of the parcel being sent back.

 

Cancellations

Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the time of order placement will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

 

Orders left on "Wait" status or unconfirmed beyond 7 days will be automatically deleted from our system save.

 

Product Liability

The stability & nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients. This is beyond our control & we strongly recommend lab tests prior to commercial runs. The Clean Living Clinic cannot accept any liability in this regard. 

 

Although our DIY kits and Recipe cards contain no nasty chemicals even water “H20” is classed as a chemical.  It is also notable that we cannot control the environment and sanitation in which DIY products are made.  We strongly recommend all ingredient lists are checked before purchasing any item and any product made using DIY kits and or recipe cards be spot tested before use to avoid any reactions and skin irritations. The Clean Living Clinic will take no responsibility regarding reactions from any product made using DIY kits or recipes. 

 

Statements have not been evaluated by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration.

Recall Policy

If a product is recalled The Clean Living Clinic will apply with the ACCC Product safety Australia guidelines.  All supply of that product will be ceased, the appropriate authorities will be contacted, promotion of recall will be conducted through email, website and social media and contact to customers who may be effected by this recall will be made.  All customers will be refunded with a voucher to equal value of product or a replacement will be issued when available.

The Clean Living Clinic DIY Workshops Policy

​Ticket holders must present tickets upon entry, in one of two options. You can either print your ticket or present digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website.

 

Workshop refund policy

Ticket cancellations require 5 days’ notice via email to receive a refund negative booking fee of 10%.  Due to minimum numbers required we are unable to refund on change of mind. 

The Clean Living Clinic will provide a full refund or credit if we have to cancel a workshop.

The Clean Living Clinic Response to COVID-19.

We are  very mindful of the current questions that are circulating around surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The Clean Living Clinic are taking the advice from Chief Medical Officer and Australian Government very seriously.  

Given that the situation is constantly developing and changing, we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through all the impacts. As new information and advice is received, we will update you accordingly.

The Clean Living Clinic has completed the Australian Government Infection Control Training - COVID 19 on the 20th March and is conducting and implementing necessary precautions including;

  • Regular hand washing and hygiene techniques

  • Hand Sanitizer and wipes are available in club house, as well as pump soap and paper towels in bathrooms.

  • Protective mask, aprons, gloves and glasses are worn during all product packing procedures

  • Regular cleaning of all surfaces such as counters, benches, all handles or door knobs, fixtures, phones, keyboards, tablets 

  • We already have erected the precautionary health poster & signage regarding hand washing and hygiene techniques posted in the work space

  • Our clinic is currently closed to the public and workshops, parcel pick up & bulk filling is on hold until further advice

How does COVID-19 effect you?

Postage delays - Due to high postage demands there may be a longer delivery period during this time.  Signature on delivery is also not available in some areas so you need to be prepared for your order to be left without a signature.

Limited Stock - Due to high demand our stock is limited.  Some products may become un-available or there may be a longer re-stocking time due to the impact this has had on our suppliers.

Packing time - Orders may require a 2-5 day packing time frame before postage as we are currently being impacted by high demand
