About The Event

LEAF returns in 2019 bigger and better than ever.

Join us as the community comes together to celebrate World Environment Day and learn more about sustainable practices.

For the third year in a row, friend of the festival and Australia’s favourite gardener Costa Georgiadis returns by popular demand to share his infectious enthusiasm for the environment and his latest gardening and sustainability news.

LEAF offers attendees access to a wide range of eco businesses, demonstrations, workshops, children’s activities and live music. This interactive and educational event is designed to, inspire and empower festival attendees to find new ways to decrease their environmental footprint.

We're busy putting this year's program together and will be updating the event page over the next few months. So stay tuned for updates.

This FREE community festival will take place from 10am – 3pm, Sunday 26 May at Griffith University Logan Campus, University Drive Meadowbrook. For more information, visit
